Our Responsibility to You

With any event we would provide a full risk assessment, a method statement, a list of requirements for the reindeer, a copy of our Public Liability Insurance, a copy of our Performing Animal Licence and a copy of the AML form (Animal Movement Licence).

On top of this the reindeer would always have an experienced handler present throughout, this is to ensure that the animals are well cared for and not stressed at all. The handler will also be there to interact with the public answering any questions and talking to the children.

It goes without saying that safety is of paramount importance – both for the reindeer and the general public. It is with this in mind that I can also confirm that all our handlers will have been C.R.B prior to working with us.
